Welcome to Billings Yoga with Lisa Whitmer

Breath of Yoga Classes offer a traditional approach for the beginner, intermediate, and more advanced practitioners.  Open yoga classes are available Monday from 6:00-7:00 PM, and Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday of each week from 5:30-6:45 PM.  Each class is designed to address the individual needs of those who are present.  Private yoga for individuals, couples, and groups are available.  Please contact us for more information, or to schedule private yoga classes.
