Welcome to Billings Yoga with Lisa Whitmer
Breath of Yoga Classes offer a traditional approach for the beginner, intermediate, and more advanced practitioners. Open yoga classes are available Monday from 6:00-7:00 PM, and Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday of each week from 5:30-6:45 PM. Each class is designed to address the individual needs of those who are present. Private yoga for individuals, couples, and groups are available. Our Weekly Evening Classes
When I first started practicing yoga, it quickly became a way for me to anchor myself in my life. I slowly began to see my moods change from the beginning to the end of a practice. Soon, I was unable to live without it and wanted to share what I was learning with others.
