Focus in this class is based on providing a gentle and stress relieving approach for those new to yoga.
This class was formed as a request for people in need of a gentle yet instructive beginner yoga class. This class is taught by Lisa Knowlton-Whitmer who is skilled at providing an experience that encourages and inspires students to feel empowered by what they are learning. You will practice a combination of asana (poses), pranayama (breath work), and meditation (mindfulness).
