Yin/Yang Yoga


This class combines the passive, long held poses of the yin quality and the active, strong held poses of the yang quality. This is a great class for those who are looking for more flexibility, mindfulness meditation, and a little movement at the end of the day. We can think of yin as an earthbound, heavy or still quality, and yang as an upward and light or active quality.  The two are always at work together attempting to find balance however, with the pace of our go-get-’em society, the qualities of yin tend to be missing, forgotten, or simply avoided. If you’re in need of a little slowing down, this is the class for you!

Class Duration every Thursday | 75 minutes (5:30-6:45 PM)

Drop in          $15

5 Classes        $60  *3 month expiration

7 Classes        $75  *NEW  4 month expiration

10 Classes      $110  *6 month expiration
