Everyone is welcome!
This class provides a space for anyone at any level to experience yoga. The instructor will teach according to the needs of the class on a weekly basis so every week is slightly different. A combination of asana (poses), pranayama (breath work), and meditation (mindfulness) will be utilized. Remember: an advanced practice in yoga includes one’s ability to practice being present with what is. Working hard and being skilled in asana techniques does not necessarily mean one is advanced. Without the integration of the mind and spirit, yoga has not truly begun.
